User Manual for Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Coating Material (Fluorosilane Polymer and PFPE)
1. Introduction
This coating material is a next-generation solution for enhancing surface properties such as oil and water repellence, durability, and weather resistance. It forms a PFPE nano protective layer without altering the texture, appearance, or optical properties of the substrate.

2. Features
Oil and Water Repellence: Forms a hydrophobic and oleophobic layer with a contact angle ≥ 110° (even after 3000 abrasion cycles).
Anti-adhesion of oils and its easily removable
Easy Maintenance: Resists fingerprints, smudges, and contamination.
Durability: Provides chemical resistance (acid, alkali, detergents), scratch resistance, and weather resistance. Coating will last in 6-12 months.
It is simply used and contributes to rapid processing Shelf life is at least 1 year from the manufacturing date in the original,unopened drum Environmentally Safe: Free from PFOS, PFOA, PFCA, PFHxS, and PFHxA compounds.

3. Substrate Compatibility
Suitable for glass, metals (partially), and ceramics (partially).

4. Application Instructions
Preparation:
-Ensure the substrate is clean and free from dust, grease, and other contaminants.
-Use appropriate cleaning agents or solvents if necessary. To be used on outer glass surfaces.
Coating Methods:
-Apply gently rubbing the liquid with anti-dust textile or using roll coating, dipping, or spray coating methods.
Curing Conditions: no need curing. Just after 10 minutes the contact angle reaches 110 degree and after 24hrs It is recommend to wash using water. After 48hours from the coating it may be fully consolidated.
Coating Thickness:
-Achieve a minimum thickness of 12 nm for optimal performance.
ideally 45 square meters per kg

5. Safety and Handling
Appearance: Colourless, transparent liquid.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Precautions:
-Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes.
-Use personal protective equipment (PPE) like gloves and goggles during application.
-Ensure adequate ventilation when applying the coating.

6. Technical Specifications
Static Contact Angle: ≥ 110° (water).
Density: 1.43 ± 0.02 g/cm³. (100gms = 70 ml approx., because customer will consume in mililitres)
Effective Concentration: 0.3–3%.
Non-volatile Residue: < 0.01%.
